Freedom 2 – to be free like a Bird

To be as free as a bird is really good.  They can fly to anywhere they like, any place they want to go.  They can have the freedom to travel to any destination –in the air and feel free.  Compared to fish, the birds have more freedom.

Keep Quiet !
I don't agree with you .
What are you saying ?

When the birds fly in the sky they can see more of everything.  A bird’s eye view is like what you see when you take photos from the top or when you are sitting in a plane or a helicopter.  Here is a question.  Do you envy the fish that swims in the water and the birds that fly in the air?  Do you want to feel free like them?

Freedom 1 – to be free like a Fish

To be free like a fish is good.  Fish can swim and go anywhere they like, anywhere they want.  And they won’t get harmed by humans.  How we will envy their way of live.

People go to look at fish.  The fish and birds are safe in conservation and protection areas.  Most will not be harmed there.

But some others are not so lucky.  In some places, the water where the fish live and the birds that live nearby are filled with rubbish, leaves, sticks, and branches – polluted areas with dirt and rubbish.  So people who are concerned should be worried about them.

Street Arts

There are Street Arts everywhere in lots of different places and countries.  Some people called it “Graffiti”.  There are different types of Street Arts.

One picture shows of different coloured objects and colored things at the background of a person.  It is found on a wall next to Gordon Harris Art and Graphics Supplies Shop in Newmarket.

One of them has a waste rubbish bin and a garage door painted with pictures of different objects, colours and patterns.

One shows a wall with many trees like a forest, a place full of trees, the trees has branches with the whole tree trunks but without any leaves.  This makes an attractive area.

One is painted with a picture that looks like a stamp and it is a picture of Kiwi bird and some patterns surrounding the bird.

Santa Claus in Auckland

This is a picture of some construction workers setting up the Santa Claus and the two Reindeers outside a big old bookstore named Whitcoulls in Auckland City New Zealand.

This big Santa Claus with his big reindeers as Christmas decorations have become a land mark in Queen Street for years and years.

Can you guess how much money is spent to put up and display Santa Claus and his Reindeers?  It costs about $20 million New Zealand dollars. Luckily, there are some companies willing to sponsor this year.

Therefore, Aucklanders in New Zealand can still enjoy seeing Santa and his Reindeers this year at Christmas time.  These are pictures of people putting up Santa and the Reindeers.  This is a really difficult job.

Sakura Flowers in Auckland

These are the pictures of Sakura flowers.  In New Zealand, the Sakura flowers on the Sakura trees will start to bloom in September to October every year.  The Sakura flowers can be seen in lots of different places here.  I can easily find them close to my house or within walking distances.

In Japan, these Sakura flowers bloom every year.  There are tourists who go there especially for the scenery of these flowers bloom.
The Sakura flowers have two different colours, one is pure clean white and the other is pure pale pink.  The reason why the pink coloured flowers look so much better than the white cloured ones is because the pink ones are brighter in colour.

SPCA New Zealand

SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is one of the organizations in New Zealand that helps take care of the welfare of animals.

They work with all people in the community to encourage all animals of being treated humanely.  Their inspectorate team will always work tirelessly to rescue animals that are in need.  Every animal deserves to have loving homes and medical care.

These are pictures of some big dogs and small dogs from SPCA. This is an activity organised by them in Downtown (Auckland City).  This month is their donation appeal month, they are hoping people will donate some money.  Some people want to pet them.  There are five big dogs and two small dogs.
